La Rez is a popular student accommodation facility providing an environment that is secure, with a peaceful atmosphere, upmarket living conditions and is aesthetically pleasing. La Rez has been designed to fulfill the demands and expectations of a typical student, offering bachelor, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

• Managing Agent: The complex is managed by Shibbolet Estates (Pty) Ltd, an on-site managing agent, offering supervision of the maintenance, cleaning and rental services of La Rez as well as enforcing the general code of conduct of the Body Corporate. Residents are subjected to these codes to ensure a safe, peaceful environment and to promote uninterrupted studies.

• Security: Four security guards are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure the complex remains safe with access control at all doors and the basement. Furthermore, the complex is equipped with surveillance cameras with a camera controller monitoring the movement in La Rez.

• Gym: An on-site gym, is available to residents at an affordable monthly fee.

• Braai facilities: Braai facilities are available next to the courtyard.

• Parking: Most units have a dedicated parking area in the basement. Additional basement parkings are available on request at a monthly fee.

• Laundry facilities: No need to bring a washing machine or tumble dryer. We have an on-site laundry and also supply cleaning services on request.

• Wireless Internet: SWISH (a private ISP) supplies La Rez with Wi-Fi connectivity. All information regarding the Wi-Fi services is available on wish.org.za.

• Electricity & Water: Electricity supply works on a pre-paid system and is available at the Shibbolet offices. Water supply is paid by the Landlord.

• Electricity & Airtime: Prepaid electricity and airtime is sold at Shibbolet Estates reception
