WP Bosch, the project architect, has done extensive research on the need for student housing and affirms that the modern demand is to create a learning and living environment. Factors such as security and a sense of community are also addressed and give both parents and students total peace of mind. Security is a priority and boasts biometric access control with intercom system, electric fencing and CCTV cameras. Dempsey addresses social interaction through an outdoor recreation area with braai facilities and a media room where students can socialize in a relaxed atmosphere.

Moving in is now an enjoyable outing, as each studio is already partially furnished. The headboard, desk and bookshelves are built-in and the bed comes complete with base and mattress. Only linen, cutlery, crockery and of course study material must be purchased.
